Launched at the official truck-handing over ceremony of 5 brand-new trucks to Nova Haulage Services Sdn Bhd, Scania Malaysia’s first ever customer to sign up Scania Credit facility, this service is already seeing good response. During the launch, Mr. Ferike Pasthy, Scania Credit Group’s Regional Director for Asia said "This is not an additional discount for the sales department, but a clever solution that supports our customers. Not everyone would want or need this solution, but those eligible will benefit from it in the long run". Nova Haulage currently has some 34 trucks, all of which are European models. Their average age of fleet is only four years and the new trucks are to replace old ones that are being phased out.
