Taipanco Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 22nd day of May 2003 and started operation in March 2004. The Company is involved in container haulage and its main core business activity is container transportation. Currently its fleet capacity is 188 prime movers with more than 500 trailers (20 footer & 40 footer) and a staff strength of more than 300 within the Group. Taipanco is currently looking to fill the position of Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive.
Position: Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive
Department: Finance
Remuneration Package : RM4,500 – RM6,500
Location : Malaysia, Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang, Selangor
Business nature : Logistics Services
Key responsibilities
1. To prepare quarterly / annual group financial statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements
2. Analyze and interpret operational and accounting revenue and costing with movement analysis at group and company / subsidiaries level
3. In charge of semi active companies (i.e. investment holding companies with recurring monthly transactions) for month end closing
4. To assist in ad hoc business development studies such high-level due diligence on investment opportunities, project costing, etc.
5. To lead and undertake internal audit functions
Qualifications
1. Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience
2. Degree in accounting and finance / related field of studies
3. Experience in internal audit is an added advantage
4. Working experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage
5. Business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking skills
