The Tyrexpo Asia team has been working closely with the local authorities in complying with safety management measures, and the show still remains to be on track. Tyrexpo Asia will go ahead as planned, given the situation continues to improve. To move forward, a new implementation involving digital elements has been made, alongside the “live” event that exhibitors and attendees can still participate in over the course of the three days.

In meeting all health and safety regulations including social distancing, the original floorplan for Tyrexpo Asia 2021 has been specially redesigned and the event’s international sales team will be in touch with all confirmed exhibitors to explain the new floorplan and other relevant changes.

The show will proceed with confirmed exhibitors and visitors who are able to safely travel to Singapore (meeting all current immigration regulations). Whilst for companies for which international travel is still not possible, there will be the innovative option of using a fully operational ‘Digital Platform’ to connect with the show site ‘live’.

Alwin Seow, Project Director of Tyrexpo team says, “From our conversations with attendees, we learned that the main issue revolves around the ever-changing international travel requirements. Therefore, improvisations are being implemented in consideration to tyre businesses continuity by providing the show with a ‘hybrid’ element connecting onsite and online. This is to accommodate all attendees with a travelling/non travelling options.”

Live conference/seminar programmes are still on track with live Q&A’s. Attendees can arrange pre-scheduled or live seamless face-to-face video meetings during the 3-day event. “Working closely with our appointed tech platform provider, this channel is an effective and excellent way of meeting and conducting new business in the industry and definitely a working formula we believe will sit perfectly alongside our live show,” he added.
