At the FORLAND Global Partners Conference on 12 November 2025 in Qingdao, global partners were invited to experience a smart factory tour and hands-on test drives. The event showcased FORLAND’s advancements in automated manufacturing and next-generation commercial vehicles.
Smart Factory Tour: Automation & Precision
Partners visited the FORLAND Global Manufacturing Center in Zhucheng, where the company applies modern automation and digital control systems across its production line. The facility demonstrated how FORLAND integrates robotics, precision engineering, and intelligent systems to maintain consistency and quality.
- Welding workshop equipped with 29 robots and over 90% automation.
- Robotic arms deliver assembly accuracy within 0.1 mm.
- Automatic gluing systems complete body sealing in 90 seconds.
- VIN-coded filling systems and digital key tracking ensure full production traceability.
In the outdoor test-drive zone, FORLAND showcased 62 vehicles, with 10 key models available for live driving. The lineup includes fuel models, electric vehicles (EVs), mini trucks, light trucks, and passenger units. Attendees were able to evaluate comfort, handling, acceleration, and feature usability.
