Selangor, 21 August 2025 – PTM Accel Sdn Bhd, a close partner of Isuzu Malaysia, today officiated the opening of a brand new and modern 3S Centre at Taman Perindustrian Alam Jaya in Puncak Alam, Selangor. This marks a strategic step to provide improved services to customers while expanding market reach through a refreshed appeal and enhanced experience.

The new 3S Centre is designed to offer customers access to Isuzu’s latest range of commercial vehicles including light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty trucks and prime movers, alongside comprehensive aftersales services and genuine spare parts. It is also the latest PTM Accel 3S Centre to feature Isuzu’s new corporate identity and brand essence.

The facility showcases Isuzu’s dynamic brand identity and a contemporary environment, from the building façade to the customer reception area and lounge. The goal is to provide customers with a comfortable atmosphere, quality service, and the new Isuzu ownership experience.

Occupying 4,046.86 square metres, the new 3S Centre houses a large workshop with 30 state-of-the-art service bays dedicated exclusively to commercial trucks, along with a complete spare parts inventory. The workshop also provides comprehensive health reports for all truck segments following vehicle diagnostics, allowing customers to make better-informed decisions about their fleets.

Additionally, several service bays are designated as quick service lanes for less complex maintenance and repair tasks. This ensures a smoother workshop process for customer convenience and improved vehicle uptime.
